FB withdrawls???

Okay, so I must admit that I really enjoy Facebook. I LOVE staying in touch with people and knowing about their comings and goings. I LOVE people that post a lot and ones that update pictures frequently. It really make me happy. Really, it does! But, I'm going on a week now without checking in! It's really hard! I've had a couple people call me with a few updates here and there saying "I know you aren't checking facebook right now, but..." I appreciate you guys keeping me in the loop - what good friends! :) I think I'll make it... Well, I've had some time to reflect over the last week about my time and what I am doing with it. Not just the time I spend on Facebook or the computer in general, but what am I doing with my life. I don't know if it's my Facebook fast, the new year, my running routine or the fact that I'm just trying to be a better person. But this week, I have enjoyed everything I did. I enjoyed cooking healthy meals for my family, I enjoyed keeping the dishes caught up and kitchen cleaned after each meal, I enjoyed spending time playing "kid things" with the girls. I enjoyed LIFE!!! I slept better, ate better, watched less t.v., exercised more, cleaned a little less, played a little more and felt healthier. I'm not saying it's been a PERFECT week. Because, as I type this there are dirty clothes laying in the bathroom floor and clean clothes waiting to be folded on the couch and I just got a little too angry at my 3 year old for wetting her pj's on her way to the bathroom. But it's a step in the right direction, right? I just pray for the endurance to continue all the tasks that being a Mom include and that I feel this way in the middle of June and in late October when the monotony sets in. Life is so precious and SO SHORT...I want to live it up with peanut butter on my shirt and a few loads of dirty clothes sitting in the bathroom while I enjoy tea parties and dollhouses with my girls!
