Week 3

My third week of 5K training started yesterday. It was challenging but not impossible. I'm so proud of how far I've come and I am hoping that my body doesn't start to revolt...I have a few aches and pains! Lost 1.8 pounds at Weight Watchers yesterday. I'm finally past my ending point from last year (20 pounds)- I'm down 21 pounds! Yay!
