Avery's dislikes

I guess you could call them quirks but Avery has a few little things that she just doesn't like. I thought I'd share a few. - She doesn't like me to hold her face when I brush her teeth. She says "no hold face"! - She doesn't like me to hold her by the feet anymore when I lift her legs up to change her diaper. She says "no hold legs"! - She doesn't like to have her door shut when she goes to sleep - nap or bedtime. (This is new and has caused a few nights of confusion after she woke up in the middle of the night to a cracked door) She says again "no close door"! - She does not want me to stir the cream that forms on top of her Yo Baby yogurt. This one really makes her start to loose it! I guess she likes the taste of the cream instead of having it stirred up in the yogurt! Yuck! Again it's "no! Avery stir it!" I guess all these things are just a sign of her independence! I want her to learn to do things for herself so I am trying to be patient and do things the way Princess Avery likes! haha
