I'm feeling super and have gotten so much energy back! Whoo hoo!
On, Tuesday the 27th I had my level 2 ultrasound at the specialist's office. I had to go there because I developed an acute case of the ParvoVirus (also known as Fifth's Disease - common in children). They like to check the baby throughly and the specialist office is a little more equipped to do such screens. The baby is 100% healthy...Praise The Lord. The doctor sat us down after the appointment and told us she was very happy to give us good news, that she doesn't get to do that much. :( But we were really happy to hear that God's hand of protection was on us, even when we didn't know it. Early term fetuses that develop ParvoVirus can become very sick and thankfully we don't even have to worry about it.
I am very healthy as well. Apparently I have a low lying placenta which should "correct" itself and is pretty common but I've never been told that before so it was news to me. :) Nothing to worry about.
I go back to my doctor in the morning at 8:00!! What was I thinking scheduling that early! Anyway, this is for a routine visit, since they didn't see me yesterday after my scan at the other office.
We had a gender reveal party last night. I'll post info and pics next!
**UPDATE**
After loosing 7 lbs so far, I gained 1 lb back. :)
Baby is measuring in the 90% already - looks like it's going to be another big baby in my future! Thankful for the 2 girls who have hopefully paved the way...
