Oh, we can't complain about the snow not being "perfect" because we wanted it and we got it! It was fun to play in today but with the rain coming down on top of us while we were playing, it made for an interesting time outside! We made the best of it. We got some use out of the sled that Nana & Grandad bought the girls for Christmas. I think that I enjoyed it the most - especially when Daddy pushed me down the driveway and I splashed in the puddles at the bottom! Riley got on a few times with me and enjoyed it more with me than when she was riding with Avery who screamed she couldn't hold on the whole time. Riley did not like to see me on the sled by myself - she cried until I got off or I put her on to ride with me! Funny.

What a fun memory to make with your parents there and what a great birthday for Avery:) I really wished we had a sled!!!! I never think to buy one when I see them but mark my words - I'm getting one this winter! We will be prepared next year to slide down the big hill in our neighborhood:) I'm glad y'all had fun - we enjoyed playing in the slush as well!
