Week 4
Whoa what a day! We started our 4th week of 5k training - running in intervals of 3 and 5 minutes. Um, it was so hard!!!! But, I remember thinking that the first week too and now a 90 second run is EASY. So, I guess that means progress is being made!
And
Results are being seen...because I lost 3.2 pounds at Weight Watchers tonight!!! YAY! My fellow WW ladies did fantastic as well! I am so proud of us for sticking to it and pushing through! Way to go girls! This week will be a challenge with family coming to town and a 4th birthday to celebrate! But, I've got our meals planned...so, as long as I don't go out to eat more than once or twice I should be able to be okay.
